Will they be able to get under the skin of your writing, so as to present your thesis or book as closely as possible to your authentic voice as an author?
Will they do a sufficiently thorough job of proofreading and editing, so as to prevent any risk of plagiarism?
Do they respond promptly to quote requests, and do they have a fast turnaround time?
